  My kids went for a run @ 2:30 PM and took these photos of the downed tree literally at the corner of Westridge and Bow Way. Snapped the power line. Tree service was not in sight at the time. If this is the cause of the power outage in the Cervantes area, it is difficult to believe PG&E's text that this will be resolved by 6:30 PM. MJ Lee
