About Us

The town historical archives are located in the Heritage Center at the town library (765 Portola Road) and are curated entirely by volunteers from the Historic Resources Group.

The Heritage Center houses our core historical collections—including a small museum display, local authors' works, bound Country Almanacs (1967–2001), the Regnery Collection, historical photo negatives, maps, drawings, artwork, newspaper clippings, and other archival materials. These items are accessible during our scheduled open hours listed below or by appointment.

To complement our physical collection, we maintain this website as a digital archive. We strive to make this online repository welcoming for all members of our community, including those using assistive tools. Because our digital collections span a wide variety of historical formats, please reach out to one of our volunteers if any support is needed to explore or access our content.
